Paper

All prints are made to order printed using heavyweight, archival paper that's made to last. I choose a smooth matte finish paper which screams premium quality, and a Giclee print process which means the artwork won't degrade or fade.

About Our Giclee Prints
  • Premium quality professional art print that looks like the original mixed media painting.
  • Printed with pigment-based archival inks on professional printer to achieve brightest, most vibrant colours.
  • Printed on bright white 315gsm, 100% cotton archival acid- and lignin-free paper. Paper is extra thick for lasting durability.
  • Print is museum quality and will last for generations.
  • Resolution is 300 dpi for crispest image resolution.
  • All prints ship in compostable sleeve with mat, and protective envelope.
  • Any watermarks shown in photos are for digital purposes only and removed on the print.
  • Remember that monitors may be calibrated differently, so the colours could display slightly different on the screen.

The print has a thin margin for framing, each art print is signed on the front.

Care Instructions

All prints are high quality Giclee printed on quality art paper, they will not fade over time if they are kept behind glass, so framing them is the best way of both displaying them and making sure they look wonderful for years to come.

Original artwork should be kept away from water or direct sunlight.

Packaging

We all live on such a beautiful planet! The nature around us provides boundless inspiration for all of my work, so it's only right that I put great efforts into causing as minimal an impact to Planet Earth as possible. I also repurpose shipping boxes and packaging. I have a gang of friends out there who save all of their cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, ready for me to reuse. So if your piece arrives in an old Amazon or John Lewis box, that's why! These little steps help to keep my environmental impact minimal whilst not effecting the high quality standards and longevity of your piece.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch time is the time it takes to process your order, and it doesn't include the time for shipping with each courier.

All prints are made to order (especially for you) and the lead time before dispatch is 2-5 working days.

This might increase a little during really busy periods like Black Friday, Christmas & any seasonal sales.

Most prints are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked service, which aims to have parcels delivered in 2-3 working days for the UK, and 7-9 days Internationally. Original art is shipped through a courier and depends upon the destination country.

If you're worried about anything, you can always drop me a line at emily@summerlandsstudio.co.uk and I'll be happy to help.

Import tariffs or taxes are not included.

Tracking

I ship worldwide using a variety of tracked services.

Confirmation emails and texts are sent out automatically but they can sometimes head over to your spam folder.

Once I've dispatched your parcel I'll send you another email which will include all your tracking info.

Remember to add in your email at checkout or I won't be able to reach you.

If you have any issues with locating your tracking details, please drop me a line at emily@summerlandsstudio.co.uk and I'll be more than happy to
help.

Tariffs & Taxes

Summerlands Studio is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, I reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel both ways when completing your refund. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of my control. If you parcel is delayed, drop me a line at emily@summerlandsstudio.co.uk and I'll be happy to help.
